New Years Eve reminder! Alcohol and massage don't mix! After receiving a massage, the best thing to do is drink lots of water to help flush out the toxins released during your massage! One of the worst things you can do is drink alcohol. With New Years Eve just a few days away, please avoid getting a massage that day if you plan on drinking that night. Inevitably, we get 1 or 2 clients who get a massage that day, then party all night long. A day or two later, they call us complaining how the massage made them so sick. In reality, it was the alcohol after the massage that did it. So please don't mix the two!
