It's Country Jam time! Stay hydrated!

Country Jam is this weekend, and it's going to be HOT outside! Weather forecast says it should be 92-95 during Country Jam!

With it being so hot, make sure you keep yourself hydrated with water! Drinking soda, beer or other similar beverages are not a substitute for water, and will often dehydrate you faster!

If you have any of these symptoms, you may be getting dehydrated: thirst, loss of appetite, dry skin, skin flushing, dark colored urine, dry mouth, fatigue, chills.

Just make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, and have a good time!

Don't forget - we will be at Country Jam offering chair massage and complimentary water!

Father's Day!

Father's Day is this weekend!

Massage is not just a frilly luxury for women. Not only does massage help relieve aches, pains, injuries and more, it is an important part of your health and wellness - and men need that just as much as women.

In fact, our clientele is split almost 50/50 between men & women!

Mother's Day is always a busy holiday for us, with husbands and sons buying the women in their lives massage gift certificates! So, this weekend, for Father's Day, remember them, and give them something they can actually use and benefit from - a therapeutic massage!

Our standard massage is 75 minutes for $60, but we also offer 1/2 hour, 90 minute and 2 hour options. Because we recommend people come in at least once a month to realize the full benefit of massage therapy, we sell a package of 4 monthly massages (75 or 90 minutes) as well! Gift certificates can be purchased in our store or on our website, www.TheMassageStore.net.

Happy Father's Day this weekend! Get out and enjoy the nice weather!
